ESE KOKO IKAWA N’ICYAYI BIBANGAMIRA IYINJIZWA RY’UBUTARE MU MUBIRI

Ikawa ni cyayi ni bimwe mu bihingwa bimaze igihe bigeze mugihu cyacu, aho usanga abanyarwanda babihinga kurugero runini ndetse bibazanira agatubutse ariko ugasanga umubare muto niwo ubasha kunywa ikawa cyangwa icyayi, kuko nko muri 2014 u Rwanda rwoherezaga 99% by’ ikawa hanze.

Ikawa nubwo ikunzwe n’abanyamahanga nuko bazi ibanga ryayo kuko usanga ikawa ifite akamaro katari gato mu mubiri wacu kuko igikombe cyimwe cy’ikawa cyiba kirimo vitamin (B2, B5, B3), potassium, magnesium na sodium ni zindi ibi bikayiha ubushobozi bwo gutwika ibinure, ikongera imbaraga mu mubiri, igabanya ingaruka zo kurwara Diabete yo mu bwoko bwa kabiri, igabanya ingaruka zo kurwara indwara z’umwijima, irinda kanseri ni bindi byinshi bitandukanye,

IBIRIBWA BINDI BIGIRA INGARUKA MBI CYANGWA NZIZA KWIYINJIZWA RY’UBUTARE MU MUBIRI

Ibiribwa bimwe na bimwe bishobora kongera cyangwa kugabanya ingano y’ubutare(fer) yinjira mu mumubiri, mu moko y’ubutare dusangamo amoko abiri, iya mbere yitwa heme iron iboneka mu biribwa bikomoka kunyamaswa nk’urugero:inyama,inkuko,amafi yo ikaba ihamye idapfa kuba yakwihuza ni kawa mu mubiri kuburyo bworoshye

Naho iyakabiri yo yitwa non heme iron iboneka mu biribwa bikomoka kubimera nk’urugero: ibishyimbo, imboga rwatsi, iyi yo igihe cyose ntabwo ihamye kuburyo yakwirwanirira bikaba byoroshye kuba ya kwihuza ni kawa mu mubiri bigatuma bitinjira mu turemangingo duto igasigara hanze yayo.

Gusa hari ibyakongera ubushobozi butuma ubutare bw’injira mu mubiri ari bwinshi, nk’ibyubaka umubiri(proteins) ariko biva kunyamaswa, vitamin C, ndetse na copper iyo ufashe izi ntungamuburi ubutare bwawe ugiye kububona bwose.
